We decided to automate everything, we decided to create a solution allowing sure answers, guaranteed support and a custom experience for each of our visitors. We could have left you a classic email address, from which no one would have ever replied or a phone number where no one would have answered. But instead, you have a chatbot connecting you to us, one also on Facebook allowing you to navigate through our services, a completely automated newsletter, to which you can always reply. Creating custom-made services means that we want our visitors to feel completely comfortable, so we will call them back!
